When you purchase this item, you will need to message me the following details:
1. Child's name
2. Photo subtitle
3. Child's year of birth 
4. Child's birth state OR state you are living in (appears on upper right corner of the card)
5. 4-6 facts about child (make sure you word the facts in the same way you would like me to put them on the card)
6. Current age (or age when card is presented)
7. Photo you want added to card

(Note: these cards are the same size as Classical Conversation cards but they are not identical and do not have any Classical Conversations copyrighted images or logos on them)

*You can either print the pages of the front and the back of the card separately, line them up and tape together, then cut along the edges of the FRONT of the card and laminate, OR select the "double sided" option when printing.  ***Make sure to cut along the edges of the FRONT of the card!***  I have made the back of the card a bit bigger so that when you cut the card out, no white will show along the edge.
